In the fall of 2013, the Odyssey administration learned that there was a need for volunteers for the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Drive. In 2012, the Salvation Army was not able to reach their Red Kettle Drive goal because they did not have enough volunteers to man all the kettles. After meeting with representatives from the Salvation Army, the school decided to organize volunteers for two full Saturdays, plus each Tuesday and Thursday evening during the Red Kettle Drive. We made an online sign-up sheet and many families participated in ringing the bell for the Salvation Army. It was so much fun, we decided to do it every year! We are very excited and proud to have helped the Salvation Army exceed their goal for the Red Kettle Drive!
