We offer boys and girls basketball teams for students in grades 5-8. If there is enough interest (normally at least 12 players), coaches try to offer a “B” team schedule in order to provide more playing time for younger and/or less experienced players.
There is an Athletic Fee associated with this sport. Rental of Odyssey basketball uniforms is included as part of the Athletic fee. Shirts and shorts must be returned at the end of the season or a replacement fee will be charged.
Basketball season is from October-February. Practice and home games are at Royal Baptist Church, located at 70 Mayo Royal Industrial Boulevard, in Newnan.
Odyssey also hosts an annual basketball tournament called the Tiger Classic.
