In November 2021 Odyssey families and faculty representatives voted to change the name of the former Odyssey PTO to the Odyssey Family and School Association (FASA). Odyssey FASA is officially registered with the State of Georgia as a Domestic Non-Profit Corporation.
The purpose of the Odyssey’s Family and School Association (FASA) is to strengthen, enhance and encourage the educational and social environment of Odyssey Charter School. We aim to complement the school curriculum with additional opportunities for parents, teacher and students to learn, socialize, communicate and grow.
All staff members and all parents of Odyssey Charter School students are eligible to join and are considered voting members of the FASA once they have paid the yearly dues, which are $10 per individual. Meetings are held throughout the year.
The activities and operation of Odyssey FASA are managed by the Executive Board, which consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and a Teacher Representative. Executive Board members hold positions for two consecutive years.
