Back to School Forms

We are looking forward to seeing everyone on August 5th for Meet the Teacher. We are sending you the back-to-school forms for you to fill out before Meet the Teacher. Forms must be returned either through email (please send to backtoschoolforms@odysseycharterschool.net) or dropped off at the school (between Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM). If they are not turned in by July 28th, please come prepared to fill them out during Meet the Teacher. Forms cannot be opened in Google Docs. They must be opened through Adobe or a PDF reader. You can also print them out, fill them out, and then scan them to send back to us.
