Volunteer Packet

Any parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc. who are volunteering for events, parties, field trips, field day activities, or FASA events are required to have a completed packet. The directions are included in the packet. I will take all the background checks to the sheriff’s office so that our families are not charged. This will be completed ONCE a year. All packets will be due by September 19th. NO PACKETS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE!! Please make sure that your families know that if they do not return this packet at this time, they will not be able to volunteer at any event! Please let me know if you have any questions.
